Reflexology
Felt boots are placed on the feet which stimulate energy points by means of gentle vacuum pressure.
When the boots are removed colours, can be seen on the feet. These colours indicate energy blockages and reflect areas of the body that are out of balance. The colours can also reflect the effect that diet and lifestyle are having on the body’s ability to function at optimum levels. These colours change from treatment to treatment giving an accurate and encouraging reflection of the improvements being achieved.

Carol Bosiger

Knowing from childhood that I wanted to work in the health field I was fortunate to be guided by numerous synchronicities to the area of alternative medicine. Initially for my own benefit and for that of my children and later in starting my own practice.
Over the years the understanding of people seeking my help has changed considerably. At first I was a rather alarming last port of call. Now people come to see me at the first signs of a health issue or to support them through surgery and other medical treatments. Others come for support in dealing with life’s stressful situations. People also come because they wish to remain healthy,
I am still inspired by the healing potential we all possess. I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to work with my patients to achieve their greater health and happiness.
